主要科研领域:

微生物是生物地球化学循环的关键驱动者,在维持生态系统能量代谢、物质循环和食物网稳态中发挥核心作用。为适应复杂多变的环境,微生物演化出多样而独特的生命过程。系统研究这些过程及其分子机制,有助于阐明微生物高效驱动生物地球化学循环的机制与适应策略,并为发现具有应用潜力的微生物基因、酶及生物工程元件提供依据。研究聚焦微生物驱动生物地球化学循环的独特生命过程与环境适应机制,围绕微生物如何在多变的环境条件下,通过优化能量获取、物质代谢与种群互作,高效驱动生物地球化学循环的科学问题开展系统探索。

近年来,在Science AdvancesNature MicrobiologyThe EMBO JournalNature CommunicationsAdvanced SciencemBio等权威刊物发表论文30余篇。主持承担了国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、山东省自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金等项目/课题;入选山东省泰山学者青年专家,并获国家“博士后创新人才支持计划”支持。
