主要科研领域:

主要聚焦动物早期发育与适应性演化研究,关注1)胚胎发育程序如何被启动、调控并在演化过程中被重塑;2)器官和细胞类型的演化创新如何产生,及其与动物适应性演化的关系。以海鞘为主要模式体系,围绕海洋动物早期胚胎发育、器官发生、适应性演化等方面开展工作。

主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(B类)(原优秀青年科学基金项目)、面上项目、青年科学基金项目(C类),崂山实验室前沿探索项目,山东省优秀中青年科学家奖励基金等项目课题。成果发表在Nature CommunicationsScience AdvancesNucleic Acids ResearcheLifeMolecular Ecology Resources等期刊,多篇论文被选为封面或亮点文章。
